摘 要:针对村镇地区低层砖混结构建筑抗震能力普遍不足的现状,采用整浇砌筑墙体代替单一砌筑墙体的方式,将砌筑墙体与现浇墙体结合,使现浇墙体与圈梁、构造柱形成复合框架体系,较大程度地提高墙体的整体性,从而改善墙体的抗震性能。同时,结合"绿色建筑"的理念,充分利用旧有建筑拆解的废弃黏土砖,制备具有良好工作性能的再生粗骨料混凝土,用于现浇墙体的浇筑,从而降低建筑物的建造成本,缓解村镇地区因建筑废弃物遗弃而产生的环境污染。试验表明:再生混凝土整浇砌筑墙体的抗震性能明显优于单一砌筑墙体,且随再生混凝土整浇墙体所占比例的增大抗震性能提高,试验提出且修正了再生混凝土整浇砌筑墙体的抗剪承载力计算公式,供进一步的研究参考。In view of insufficient aseismic capacity of low - rise masonry buildings in rural areas, an experiment was conducted. Instead of single masonry walls, we used integral concrete-bound masonry walls. Combining the masonry walls with cast - in - situ walls, which made the cast - in - situ walls, structure columns and ring beams to form an integral framework system, so the integrity of the walls is improved greatly and the seismic performance of the building is much better. At the same time, in view of the " green building" concept, we used the clay bricks dismantled from old buildings to compose the recycled coarse aggregate concrete, which shows a not bed working performance. In this way, not only the construction cost but also the environmental pollution are reduced. The ex- periment shows that : The seismic performance of recycled concrete integral concrete-bound masonry walls is superior to single masonry walls. Furthermore, with the increase of the proportion of recycled concrete integral concreting masonry walls, seismic performance is enhanced gradually, we put forward a shear capacity calculation formula of re- cycled concrete integral concrete-bound masonry walls, which give a reference to the further study.
