摘 要:免拆EPS模板再生混凝土剪力墙结构研究涉及两项重要内容,一是剪力墙受力性能,二是剪力墙热工性能。研究了免拆EPS模板再生混凝土剪力墙的热工性能。进行了4个剪力墙试件的热工性能试验研究,试件1为普通C40混凝土剪力墙,试件2为粗骨料采用100%再生粗骨料、细骨料采用普通砂的C40再生混凝土剪力墙,试件3为在试件2基础上单侧加设EPS模板的剪力墙,试件4为在试件2基础上双侧加设EPS模板的剪力墙。各试件高、宽一致。采用C-533CD-WTF稳态热传递热工性能试验装置进行试验。基于试验分析了各试件的传热系数、试件厚度方向温度分布、输入功率随时间变化至稳态的过程。研究表明:再生混凝土剪力墙比普通混凝土剪力墙保温性能好;单侧加设EPS免拆模板可明显提高墙体的保温效果;双侧加设EPS免拆模板后可进一步提高墙体保温效果,但提高的幅度减缓;免拆EPS模板再生混凝土剪力墙可用于节能型剪力墙结构设计。The research of non - removal EPS template recycled concrete shear wall structure involves two important contents,which its stress and thermal performances. In this paper, four shear wall specimens of non - removal EPS template recycled concrete were made to research their thermal performances. Specimen 1 is on ordinary C40 con- crete shear wall; Specimen 2 is a C40 recycled concrete shear wall using 100% recycled coarse aggregate and com- mon fine sand aggregate ; Specimen 3 is the one added unilateral EPS template on the basis of specimen 2 ; Speci- men 4 is the one added bilateral EPS template on the basis of specimen 2. All shear wall specimens have the same size. The experiment was made using C -533CD -WTF steady -state heat transfer thermal performance testing apparatus to analyze the heat transfer coefficient of all specimens, the temperature distribution in the specimen thick- ness direction and the input power change over time to steady process. The results indicate that the thermal insulation property of recycled concrete shear wall is better than the ordinary one. Unilateral adding EPS mon-removal template can obviously improve the effect of wall heat insulation; Bilateral adding EPS mon-removal template can further improve the effect of wall heat insulation, but the increased amplitude is smaller. The presented results could make a contribution to the structure design of energy - saving shear wall.
