摘 要:2013年发生在四川南部的芦山7.0级地震造成了大量的人员伤亡和经济损失。在受地震影响的川南地区,有大量传统的穿斗式木构架民居。首先简要介绍了这些穿斗式木构架民居在芦山地震中的震害特征,并分析了典型穿斗式木构架民居的抗震结构体系,进而选取3栋有代表性的川南地区木构架民居,通过现场脉动测试识别了其基本周期等动力特性。结果表明,穿斗式木构架本身抗侧刚度很小,不同类型的填充墙对穿斗式木构架的基本周期有显著影响。The Ms7.0 Lushan earthquake resulted in many fatality and considerable economic loss in southern Si- chuan, China, where traditional Chuandou -type timber houses are common residence for local people, especially in mountainous region. Following a brief summary of the seismic damages to Chuandou-type timber houses during the Lushan earthquake, the earthquake-resistant system of this kind of timber houses was examined. Tremor testing made for three typical Chuandou-type timber houses in southern Sichuan and their fundamental periods are identi- fied. The results show that the lateral stiffness of the timber frame itself is very low while various infills have obvious influence on fundamental period of the timber houses.
