摘  要:超高韧性水泥基复合材料是一种新型建筑材料。为分析超高韧性水泥基复合材料构件的力学性能,制作了超高韧性水泥基复合材料简支梁,并对集中荷载作用下的超高韧性水泥基复合材料梁的受剪性能进行了试验研究,分析了梁在荷载作用下的受力及变形特点。试验共包括9根超高韧性水泥基复合材料梁和1根混凝土对比梁,试验的主要参数为配筋率、配箍率及剪跨比。对试件规格、加载方式、加载制度及量测设备等方面进行了介绍,并对试验结果进行了分析。从试验破坏现象来看,表明梁具有较好的延性破坏特征;从荷载位移曲线、抗剪强度及箍筋应变结果来看,表明梁具有较好的韧性;超高韧性水泥基复合材料梁试件具有较好的抗剪性能。Ultra high toughness cementitious composite is a kind of new building material. To analyze the mechani- cal properties of ultra high toughness cementitious composite components, the simple beam of ultra-high toughness cementitous composite was made, the shear performance test of the beam was conducted and the force and deformation features of the beam under load were analyzed The test consists of 9 ultra high toughness cementitious composite beams and 1 reinforced concrete beam, the main experimental parameters include the reinforcement ratio, stirrup ratio and the shear to span ration. This paper introduces the test specifications, loading mode, loading system and measuring equipment, and analyzes the test results. From the test failure phenomenon, the results show the beam has the better ductility failure characteristics;From the load displacement curve, shear strength and stirrup strain results, it is shown that the beam has good toughness ; therefore the reinforced ultra high toughness cementitious composite beam specimen has good shearing property.
