基于明胶的凝胶膏剂基质配方考察

摘　　要：分别以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、西黄蓍胶或壳聚糖为亲水性基质制备基于明胶的空白凝胶膏剂,以初黏力、黏附力、水蒸气透过率、抗张强度和断裂伸长率为评价指标,优化处方。结果表明,含PVA的凝胶膏成膜性良好但透气性较差,含壳聚糖的凝胶膏具有良好的柔软性和透气性,含西黄蓍胶的凝胶膏性能居中。The blank gel patches based on gelatin were prepared with polyvinyl alcohol （PVA）, tragacantha or chitosan as hydrophilic matrix. The formulation was optimized with initial adhesion, adhesion, water vapor permeability, tensile strength and elongation at break as the indexes. The results showed that the product containing PVA had good film forming ability but poor water vapor permeability; the product containing chitosan had good ductility and water vapor permeability; the product containing tragacantha had mediate properties.
