摘　　要：学生对高校学生工作的满意程度主要取决于学生的实际感知,本文以学生满意度为基础来分析高校学生工作者的管理绩效。通过实证分析知道学生工作中首先需要改进的是心理健康教育工作、创业就业指导工作、学生日常行为管理和公寓管理工作四个方面。Students＇ satisfaction on students work in colleges depends on students＇ actual perception, based on students＇ satisfaction, this paper analyzes the management performance of college student workers. Through empirical analysis, the first needed to improve are mental health education, entrepreneurship and career guidance, student behavior management and apartment management in the students work.
