摘  要:建立了红外光谱内标法测定感冒清胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。选择铁氰化钾作为内标物,定量添加到对乙酰氨基酚中,在对乙酰氨基酚百分含量为0.13%~1.06%范围内,测得混合物红外光谱中对乙酰氨基酚测量峰((1 654.9±1)cm-1)和铁氰化钾内标峰((2 117.2±1)cm-1)的峰高比(y=hi/hs)与两者质量比(x=mi/ms)有良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为y=1.491 9x+0.247 7,相关系数r=0.998 0。据此测得感冒清胶囊样品中对乙酰氨基酚的含量为5.50%,相对标准偏差为1.7%,加标回收率为97.1%~102.4%,测定结果与药典规定的紫外分光光度法相近。A novel method for the determination of acetamino- phen in curing cold eapsulesby internal standard method of Fourier Transform Infrared Speetrophotometry ( FT-IR ) has been established. Potassium ferrieyanide was added into aeetaminophen as internal reference and the mixtures were detected by FT-IR. The peak of acetaminophen at ( 1 654.9 ± 1 ) cm^-1 was chosen as quantitative peak and the one of potassium ferrieyanide at (2 117.2 ±1) cm^-1 was chosen as inside mark quantitative peak. The ratio of two peak's absorbanee (y = hi/hs) had good linear relationship with their mass ratio (x = mi/m,) when the mass fraction of aeetaminophcn was 0. 13% - 1.06%. The linear regression equation was y = 1. 491 9x +0. 247 7 ,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 998 0. The contents of aeetaminophen in the samples of curing cold capsules were 5.50% ,the relatively standard deviations was 1.7% ,the recoveries of the method were 97.1% - 102.4% , the results agreed well with those of ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
