摘　　要：目的:优选正骨洗剂中丹皮酚的提取工艺条件。方法:以丹皮酚含量为评价指标,加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,通过正交试验对正骨洗剂中丹皮酚的提取工艺进行优选。结果:优选的最佳工艺条件为加12倍的水煎煮提取2次,每次2 h。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可行、操作方便,为正骨洗剂的制备提供了试验依据。OBJECTIVE：To optimize the extraction technology of Paeonol in Bonesetting lotion. METHODS：The extraction technology of Paeonol in Bonesetting lotion was optimized by orthogonal test with paeonol content as the index,using the amount of added water,decocting time and decocting times as factors. RESULTS：The optimal extraction technology was as follows：12-fold water,decocting for 2 times,2h every time. CONCLUSIONS：The optimal extraction technology is feasible and easy in operation,and can provide reference for the preparation of Bonesetting lotion.
