摘 要:目的:优选枳实中柚皮苷的提取工艺。方法:采用单因素试验考察提取溶剂及溶剂浓度对枳实中柚皮苷转移率的影响。以溶剂用量、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,以柚皮苷转移率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为6倍量的70%乙醇提取3次,每次30 min。结论:该工艺稳定,提取率高,可供大规模工业化生产参考。OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of naringin from Aurantii Fructus Immaturus. METHODS:Single factor test was used to investigate the effects of extraction solvent and solvent concentration on the transfer rate of naringin. The extraction technology was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal test with the amount of solvent,extraction times and extraction time as factors using transfer rate of naringin as index. RESULTS:The optimal extraction technology was as follows:6-folds 70% ethanol,extracting for 3 times,30 min each time. CONCLUSIONS:The technology is stable and has high extraction rate,and can provide reference for large-scale industrial production.
