摘　　要：目的：建立同时测定连丹乳膏中蛇床子素和丹皮酚含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（75∶25,V/V）,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为297 nm,柱温为室温。结果：蛇床子素、丹皮酚质量浓度分别在1.03~103.00、1.142~114.200μg/ml范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r均为0.999 9）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈1%;平均加样回收率分别为99.51%和99.46%,RSD分别为1.84%和1.38%（n均为9）。结论：该方法简便、快速、专属性强,结果准确、可靠,可用于连丹乳膏的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for simultaneous determination of osthole and paeonol in Liandan cream.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on a Inertsil ODS-3（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（25 ∶ 75,V/V）at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 297 nm,and column temperature was room temperature. RESULTS：The calibration curves were linear within the range 1.03-103.00 μg/ml for osthole（r=0.999 9）and 1.142-114.2 μ g/ml for paeonol（r=0.999 9）. RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 1%. The average recoveries were 99.51%（RSD=1.84%,n=9）and 99.46%（RSD=1.38%,n=9）,respectively. CONCLUSIONS：This method is simple,rapid,specific,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Liandan cream.
