摘　　要：为提升高速公路网运行管理服务效率,对重庆市高速公路管理体制改革过程进行分析和归纳。针对我国高速公路网管理体制现状,剖析其发展特点及经验,指明高速公路管理体制发展方向;重点探讨重庆市高速公路管理体制的现状及在指挥协调、信息共享、信息沟通机制中的问题;按照高速公路管理体制的职能专业化、业务分工协同管控的总体要求,提出重庆市高速公路管理体制改革的"三步走"策略,并应用于管理实践。In order to improve the service efficiency of highway network operation management,Chongqing highway man-agement system reform process is analyzed and summarized.Firstly,in view of the present situation of highway network management system,this paper synthetically discusses its development characteristics and experience.Then the status of Chongqing highway management system and its mechanism problems of command and coordination,information sharing and communication are discussed emphatically.Finally,according to the highway management system general requirements of specialization and coordinated control,combed with the actual management of Chongqing,“Three-step”strategy on the deepening innovation of Chongqing highway network management system are proposed,which are applied to Chongqing highway management practice.
