摘　　要：邓小平对外开放思想是邓小平理论体系的重要组成部分,是中国特色社会主义理论的宝贵财富。它是邓小平把马克思主义的基本原理和中国社会主义建设的实践相结合,逐步形成发展起来的。其主要内容一是实行对外开放的重要性和迫切性,二是实行对外开放的对象、领域和途径,三是实行对外开放必须坚持的原则。这一系统的科学体系丰富和发展了马克思主义原理,指引中华民族逐步走向复兴,同时也为社会主义国家的发展开辟了新的道路。Deng xiaoping＇s thought on opening to the outside world is an important part of Deng xiaoping＇s theory system, and is the valuable wealth of the socialist theory with Chinese characteristies. Based on the fundamental principle of combining the basic Marxist principle with the practice of Chinese socialist construction, Deng xiaoping constructed the Theory gradually. It covers three main areas： first, the importance and urgency of opening to the outside world; second, the object, field and way of opening to the outside world; third, the principle of opening to the outside world that must be obeyed. This system of scientifie system that guiding the edging towards the Chinese nation revival ,not only enriched and developed Marxism, but also offers a new way for the development of the socialist countries.
