摘　　要：针对公共行政文化研究问题,采用文献分析法,以"公共行政文化"为"主题"在"中国期刊网"上对1980年至2013年期间的全部文献进行模糊搜索,发现对于公共行政文化的研究主要集中在公共行政文化的内涵特征及构建、公共行政文化的变革和走向趋势、公共行政文化的创新意义以及公共行政文化的影响作用这四个方面,分析关于公共行政文化的研究特点,以期为其他理论研究者和政策制定者提供借鉴与参考。Document analyses were made of studies on the culture of public administration based on the articles on ＂Public administration culture＂ in the ＂China Journal＂ from 1980 to 2013. Findings show that the studies focus mainly on four aspects： connotation and construction, change and trend, innovative significance and influence of public administration culture. Further analyses were made of the studies＇ characteristics which will provide reference for other theorists and policy makers.
