摘  要:针对鄂尔多斯苏家沟煤矿4103工作面埋深浅,基岩薄,为大采高综采,工作面推进过程中遇到S4-33断层,对工作面造成安全威胁,影响推进度和生产效率,降低煤质的问题.将断层对工作面的影响进行了数值模拟及理论分析,研究结果表明:在断层带及其影响范围内岩体受工作面采动影响大,较易破碎,易与工作面的岩层移动连成一体,增加断层附近岩层移动的范围;工作面距断层越近,支承压力越大,矿压显现越剧烈,顶板管理越困难.相应提出一系列技术措施.According to 4103 working face of Su Jiagou coalmine in Erdos was shallow-buried with thin bedrock and was a fully mechanized large cutting height face. Encountered fault S4-33 during the advance of the face. The fault posed a security threat to face, affected advancing rate and productivity, lowered the quality of coal. Computer simulation and theoretical analysis were conducted in the paper about the effect of the fault on the face, and came to some conclusions, they were: rock mass in and around fault zone was greatly influenced by mining, and was liable to be fragmented, apt to combine with rock beds of the face, increase the range of movement of rock beds; the nearer the face was to the fault, the greater the abutment pressure, the more violent the rock pressure phenomenon, and the more difficult the roof control. Proposed a series of technical measures correspondingly.
