摘  要:将IPDI与PEG、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPAA)依次反应制得碳碳双键封端的聚氨酯预聚体(PUA),以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,再将PUA与全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯(C6F)进行自由基聚合,制得了聚氨酯改性的氟代聚丙烯酸酯(PUAF)。通过红外光谱、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)对PUAF的结构、成膜形貌以及应用性能进行了研究。结果表明,PUAF能在纤维表面形成一层疏水膜,该膜能使整理后的织物与水的接触角达到133.5°。在PUAF的用量为1 g/100 g乙酸乙酯、并在180℃高温烘焙定型1.5 min的工艺条件下,经其整理的织物的疏水性可达到90分,疏油等级达到6级。A polyurethane modified fluorinated polyacrylate (PUAF) was prepared from 2- (perfluorohexy) ethyl acrylate (C6F) and the carbon-carbon double terminated polyurethane prepolymer(PUA) which was obtained by reaction of IPDI, PEG and hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPAA) in the presence of azobisisobutyronitrile as a radical polymerization initiator. The chemical structure, film morphology and application performance of PUAF were studied by infrared spectroscopy, field spectrum scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) , etc. PUAF could form hydrophobic membrane on the fiber or fabric surface which caused the contact angle of water on those substrates to increase to 133.5°. And when the dosage of PUAF in solution was 1 g in 100 g ethyl acetate, and when the polyester fabric was treated by such a PUAF solution and then dried at 180 ℃ for 1.5 min, the hydrophobieity of the treated fabric could reach 90 ; meanwhile the oil-repellent grade reached grade 6.
