摘 要:为保证大采高坚硬顶板综采工作面的安全生产,以新疆焦煤集团2310矿为例,通过理论公式计算了老顶悬露长度约为60 m,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对25221大采高工作面推进过程中沿走向和倾向顶板的塑性区分布进行了研究,结果表明:在80 m范围内,切眼和煤壁及采空区四周煤体塑性区分布随推进距离的增大而增大,而坚硬顶板塑性区分布范围变化不大,顶板承载能力强;最后采用超前预爆破的方法对坚硬顶板强制放顶,取得不错的效果,排除了坚硬顶板大面积垮落对工作面安全生产造成的损害,也为其他类似矿井提供了借鉴.In order to ensure the production safety of large-mining-height fully-mechanized face with hard roof, this study took Xinjiang Tar coal Group 2130 mine for example, calculated the hanging length of the roof by using theoretical formula, obtained the plastic area distribution of surrounding rock with face advancing along face pitch and strike direction by using numerical simulation software FLAC3D. The result of study indicates that the plastic area distribution of surrounding rock becomes larger in the cut and the coal wall. While the hard roof has little change in distribution of plastic zone, the hard roof has larger carrying capacity. Good effect has been gotten through the application of deep hole advance pre-blasting in hard roof of steeply dipping seam mining, which provides security for safe production and could also provide some references for solving the similar problems.
