摘  要:针对实际生产中含硫化铁结核的硬质煤岩的难采现象,在单齿冲击的截煤机理的基础上,建立了单齿冲击的动力学模型,以单齿的不同冲击速度和单齿楔入煤岩的角度为工况变量,利用显示动力仿真软件LS-DYNA,对九种变量组合进行冲击动态仿真,观察截齿所受到的Z向截割阻力.结果显示:截齿的Z向截割阻力随着速度的增加呈下降趋势;随着单齿楔入煤岩的角度的变大不断增大,且随着楔入角度的增加,三种冲击速度下的截齿截割阻力大致呈二次抛物曲线关系.Aiming at the phenomenon of the difficulties in mining of hard coal and rock containing iron sulfide tuberculosis in actual production, this paper built a dynamics model of a single pick impact based on the mechanism of cutting coal with single pick impact. The different impact speeds and wedge angle of a single pick are considered as the variable conditions, and the impact dynamic simulation is done on nine combination variables with the dynamic simulation software LS-DYNA by observing the cutting resistance of Z direction of the cutting pick. The result shows that cutting resistance of Z direction of the cutting pick is decreasing with the increase of velocity and increasing as wedge angle of a single pick increasing, and the cutting resistance of the cutting pick under three impact velocity roughly have a quadratic parabolic curve relationship. This study provides theoretical basis for the research on reducing the cutting resistance of cutting pick and improving production efficiency.
