摘　　要：分析现有视频直播方案,提出一种基于开源视频库FFmpeg和流媒体服务器crtmpserver的手机视频直播系统解决方案。在手机端利用FFmpeg进行编码压缩和流传输;在服务器端利用crtmpserver和nginx进行转发、存储和管理;在PC端利用FFmpeg接收视频流并解码播放,通过HTTP方式实现视频回放。实验结果表明,该方案在现有联通和电信的3G网络上具有较高的实时性和稳定性,且丢包率低,视频具有较高的质量。Based on the analysis of existing systems, a mobile video live-cast system solution was proposed based on the opensource library called FFmpeg and the streaming server called crtmpserver. On the mobile side, FFmpeg was used for encoding, compressing and streaming. On the server side, the ertmpserver and nginx were used for forwarding, storage and management. On the PC side, FFmpeg was used to receive and decode the video stream. The video was played back via HTTP. The experi- mental results show that the solution has high real-time and stability performance in China Unicorn and China Telecom＇s 3G network It has a very low packet loss rate and the video＇s quality is better.
