摘 要:当220 kV双母线的其中一段发生故障后,需要对故障母线所挂线路间隔或者主变压器间隔T区充电以排除故障点,将相应间隔复电于正常母线。T区充电时,如存在故障,母差保护后备段存在误跳正常母线的风险,为此,需退出相应的母差保护,如两套母差保护同时退出,将导致站内母线无主保护运行。通过对广东电网目前各类型母差保护进行分析,提出两种事故处理应对措施来规避事故情况下母差保护全退的风险,大大提高了电力系统安全稳定性,说明该事故处理措施可行、可靠。When one section of 220 kV double busbar happening fault,it is necessary to conduct T area charging for line spac-ing of fault busbar or main transformer interval in order to remove fault point and realize electricity restore of corresponding spacing on normal busbar. When T area is charging and fault exists,there is risk of false trip of backup section of busbar dif-ferential protection on normal busbar. Therefore,it requires to quit relevant busbar differential protection,but if two sets of busbar differential protection quit at the same time,it is about to result in no main protection running of busbar in substa-tion. By analyzing various typed busbar differential protection in Guangdong power grid at present,solutions to accident handling for avoiding risk of busbar differential protection quit were proposed which greatly improved safety and stability of power system and proved feasibility and reliability of these accident treatment measures.
