摘　　要：加快推进农村金融产品和服务方式的创新,是全面改进和提升农村金融服务、加强信贷结构调整的重要手段,是新形势下缓解农村和农民贷款难、支持社会主义新农村建设的有效手段。目前,此项工作已经取得了一定的成效,但因受诸多制约因素的影响,其创新的过程中仍然存在一些问题,值得进一步思考和解决。Accelerating innovation in rural financial products and services the way, is the overall improvement and upgrading of rural financial services, an important means to strengthen the credit structure adjustment, under the new situation to alleviate rural areas and farmers loans, to support an effective means of building a new socialist countryside. Currently, this work has achieved some success, but due to the many factors affecting the constraints, there are still some problems in their innovation process, it is worth further reflection and resolution.
