摘  要:由交链格孢菌Alternaria alternata引起的柑桔褐斑病和胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides引起的柑桔炭疽病是重庆万州地区红桔的主要真菌病害。为筛选适合万州地区发展的宽皮柑桔品种,采用离体叶片室内人工接种-病情指数抗性评价方法探讨了16份宽皮柑桔种质对柑桔褐斑病菌和炭疽病菌的抗性。结果表明,对于柑桔褐斑病菌,不知火桔橙、W·默科特桔橙、春见桔橙和温州蜜柑为高抗种质;对于柑桔炭疽病菌,不知火桔橙、W·默科特桔橙、蔓生红桔和苏红为高抗种质;万州主栽的四川老系红桔虽抗柑桔炭疽病菌,但高感柑桔褐斑病菌,可用抗两种病菌的鹅蛋红桔、福桔、安江红桔以及高抗两种病菌的不知火桔橙和W·默科特桔橙进行品种替换和升级。Citrus brown spot and anthracnose caused by Alternaria alternata and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides are important diseases in tangerine in Wanzhou region, Chongqing. To screen the resistant citrus varieties suitable to this region, in vitro culture of sixteen Citrus Reticulate Blaneo were analyzed by artificial inoculation with disease index method to evaluate the disease resistance to Alternaria alternata and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Four varieties were highly resistant to Alternaria alternata, such as Shiranui tangor, W· Murcott tangor, Harumi tangor and Satsuma. Four varieties were highly resistant to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, such as Shiranui tangor, W · Murcott tangor, Citrus tangerina Manshenghongju and Citrus reticulata Suhong. In conclusion, the best resistant Citrus Reticulate Blanco to citrus brown spot and citrus anthracnose in Chongqing Wanzhou are Citrus tangerina Edanhongju, Citrus tangerina Fuju, Citrus erythrosa Anjiang- hongju, Citrus reticulata Buzhihuoiucheng and W · Murcott tangor.
