摘  要:采用ISSR分子标记技术对宁冈芙蓉李与福建芙蓉李的遗传差异进行分析。从32条引物中筛选出10条引物对4个芙蓉李材料的DNA序列进行PCR扩增,共得到62个条带,多态性条带17个;宁冈芙蓉李与福建芙蓉李的ISSR指纹图谱差异显著,来自于不同地方的福建芙蓉李的ISSR指纹图谱之间无显著性差异。引物UBC813、UBC818、BC825、UBC840、UBC844和UBC856均可以将宁冈芙蓉李与福建芙蓉李区分开。Genetic differences between Furong plums from Ninggang and Fujian were detected by ISSR molecular markers. A total number of 62 bands were amplified using 10 primers, of which 17 bands were polymorphic. Significant differences were detected between ISSR fingerprintings of Furong plums from Ninggang and Fujian. There were no significant differences among Furong plums from different places of Fujian. Furong plums from Ninggang and Fujian could be distinguished by primers UBC813, UBC818, UBC25, UBC40, UBC44 and UBC56.
