摘  要:塔河油田侧钻井段泥岩裸露给钻井与完井作业造成很大影响。为此,将实体膨胀管钻井技术在塔河油田进行推广应用。该技术的成功应用,解决了177.8 mm套管开窗侧钻难题,为后期钻井、完井和采油作业开辟了新的途径。针对膨胀管钻井工艺研究的一系列配套技术保障了膨胀作业的顺利实施,为同类型油气井现场作业提供了重要的依据和借鉴。通过分析塔河油田膨胀管钻井工艺现场施工参数,验证了基于弹塑性力学膨胀力计算解析解的适用性,为后期工艺优化提供了指导。根据膨胀力计算理论分析膨胀力影响因素可知,适当增大半锥角并尽可能降低摩擦因数可降低现场施工泵压,有利于减少施工过程中的复杂情况。Sidetracking the mudstone layer in Tahe oilfield brings great challenges to the drilling and comple- tion operations. To address the challenges, solid expandable tubular technology has been applied. The successful ap- plication of this technology has solved the φ177.8 mm casing sidetracking problems and provided new options for later drilling, completion, production operations. A series of supporting technologies researched for the solid ex- pandable tubular technology have ensured the successful expansion operation, providing valuable bases and refer- ences for the similar field operations. The operational parameters of solid expandable tubular technology validate the applicability of analytical solution based on the elastic-plastic mechanics expansion force and provide guidance for the latter technique optimization. Factors that impact the expansion force are analyzed based on expansion force the- oretical calculation. The results show that increasing the half cone angle appropriately and minimizing the friction coefficient can reduce the pump pressure, which is benefit for reducing the complex situation during operation.
