摘 要:连续管胶筒密封效果和使用寿命关系到其作业的成败。为此,从提高胶筒的密封可靠性和延长其使用寿命出发,将胶筒表面优化为由λ、e这2个设计变量描述的偏心椭圆,并建立胶筒密封有限元模型。以接触应力大小和分布作为约束条件,密封路径最大化为优化目标,在对设计变量合理离散的基础上,通过全因子试验设计,对有限元仿真结果进行多元回归分析,获得了设计变量对结果响应的影响性,并以此确定最佳变量组合。研究结果表明,设计变量λ与e之间的交互效应明显;优化后接触路径比等径胶筒增加50%,最大接触应力比未偏心时下降10%,但应力分布更为合理,有效提高了连续管密封胶筒的密封可靠性,延长了其使用寿命。The sealing effects and service life of coiled tubing rubber sleeve are critical to the success of oper- ations. To improve the sealing reliability and service life of the rubber sleeve, the rubber sleeve surface is optimized to an eccentric oval described by two design variables, and the finite element model of rubber sleeve sealing is es- tablished. Given the contact stress value and distribution as constraints and maximizing the sealing path as the opti- mization objective, with reasonable discreted variables, the effects of design variables on the results responses are obtained through full factorial experimental design and multiple regression analysis of finite element simulation re- suits. Then, the best combination of variables is determined. The study results show that the two design variables have a significant interaction effect. The optimized contact path is 50% longer than the isometric rubber sleeve. The maximum contact stress is 10% lower than the concentric one but with a more reasonable stress distribution. The study contributes to an improvement in the sealing reliability and an extended service life of coiled tubing rubber sleeve.
