摘 要:含砂输气管线中三通部位易受到冲蚀破坏。为了准确掌握三通在不同流向及安装位置下冲蚀破坏的具体位置,分析了影响冲蚀速率的主要因素,通过建立CFD仿真模型进行计算分析,指出三通管件两颊部位和迎流壁面处易发生冲蚀,同时部分沉积在管道底部的砂粒也会对管壁造成一定冲蚀。通过单一变量法进行对比分析,结果表明冲蚀速率随着流速、粒子质量流量的增大而增大,但随着形状系数的增大而减小,即粒子越接近于圆球形,冲蚀速率越小,形状系数较小时影响较为明显,较大时影响变小,同时还随粒子直径的增大而增大,但是到一定程度后,不再增大。To address the erosion of tee joint of sand gas pipeline and to accurately determine the specific ero- sion area of the tee joint at different flow directions and installation locations, the main factors that affect the erosion rate are analyzed. CFD simulation model is established for calculation and analysis. It is pointed out that the two cheeks area and the incident flow wall of tee joint are prone to erosion. Some part of the sand deposited on the bot- tom of the pipe could also cause some erosion. Comparative analysis is conducted by single variable method. The re- sults show that the erosion rate increases with the increase of flow rate and sand grain mass flow rate. Increase the shape factor will decrease the erosion rate, that is, the erosion rate will become smaller when the sand grains are closer to spherical particles. When the shape factor value is small, the effect of the shape factor is great, and will decreases when the shape factor value is large. Meanwhile, the erosion rate increases with the increase of particle diameter, but will not increase when the particle diameter reaches to a certain value.
