摘　　要：为了提高分布式系统的数据通信性能,采用以太网和RS485总线的集成使用,在不改变原有网络结构的情况下,将RS485总线控制系统改造为以太网分布式控制系统,设计了一种低成本的基于W5100和STC单片机的RS485-以太网协议转换器。在介绍转化器的作用环境基础上,对其硬件结构和软件设计做了简要介绍。经使用证明,设计的转换器可实现RS485和以太网2个网络的透明通信,实现远距离、快速和可靠的数据传输,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。In order to improve the communication performance of distributed system, a combination of Ethernet and RS485 bus isused.The RS485 bus control system is reconstructed to an Ethernet distributed control system without changing the current networkstructure.This paper designs un low-cost RS485-Ethernet protocol converter based on W5100 and STC MCU.The hardware structure andsoftware design are introduced based on description of operating environment of converter.The application results show that the designconverter can implement the transparent communication between RS485 and Ethernet, long-distance high-speed reliable data trans-mission and has certain practicability and popularization value.
