摘　　要：随着"文化强省"等一系列鼓励文化产业发展新政策的出台与实施,基于文化资源优势,陕西的文化建设与文化产业已进入了发展的快车道。尽管如此,陕西的文化建设与文化产业仍面临着不少的发展困境。As the“Cultural Strong Province”and a series of new policies to encourage the development of cultural industry is-sued and implemented, based on cultural resources advantage, Shaanxi cultural construction and the development of cultural indus-try has entered the fast lane. In spite of this, the development of cultural construction and cultural industry in Shaanxi is still faced with many difficulties.
