摘 要:针对目前中小型钢厂转炉还处在人工估算或利用一次性热偶测温的现状,提出基于CCD比色测温的转炉温度测量方案.经研究发现,在红外波段(800~1000)nm内,波长与温度对钢水的辐射出射度影响较小,因此采用850nm和950nm的滤光片来测量转炉钢水的温度.实验中采取两种不同的方法来测量温度,实验结果显示:炉内采集图像的方法测量温度更准确,在钢水温度大约为1450℃以下时,此测温方法误差较大;当钢水温度在1450~1620℃时,测温误差约为1%,能满足钢铁生产的工艺要求.For the current status of small and medium steel BOF was still use rely on manual estimation or disposable thermoeouple temperature measurement,we proposed colorimetric temperature measurement on CCD. By the early research work,we knew that the smaller impact of the degree of radiation on wavelength and temperature in the in- flared band 800-1000 nm. So we used the filter of 850 nm and 950 nm to measure the temperature. We have taken two different experimental methods for measuring the temperature,and make sure a applicable experimental for this steel. We can show that,the temperature measurement method of the image acquisition in the furnace was more ac- curately. When the steel temperature was following 1450 ℃ ,this temperature measurement error was larger. But,when the temperature was between 1450℃ and 1620 ℃,the error was about 1%,this method has been satisfy the requirements of the steel production process.
