摘　　要：电站锅炉是火力发电厂的三大设备之一,其安全状况决定了整个机组的安全性,锅炉事故中以四管故障为主。针对超超临界锅炉和高压锅炉两种等级的煤粉锅炉爆管故障进行诊断分析,通过对投产初期超超临界锅炉爆管事故统计分析,为锅炉的防爆防磨检查提供了依据;通过对高压锅炉正常运行期间过热器和再热器爆管的技术检验分析,诊断出爆管原因,并提出了防范措施。其研究结果可为电站锅炉的检修和检验提供借鉴和参考。Utility boiler is one of the three main equipments in thermal pow er plant whose safety determines the whole units' safety. The main failure among boiler accidents is tube explosion. The paper made failure diagnose and analysis of tube explosion on pulverized coal boiler of ultra supercritical boiler and high pressure boiler. Through the statistic analysis about explosion accidents of ultra supercritical boiler which put into operation in early period,offer the foundation for antiexplosion and anti-abrasion of boiler. Through the technical inspection analysis on superheater and reheater during the operation,diagnosed the causes of tube explosion,and come up with the precautionary measure,and the diagnose of failure case can provide experience and valuable reference for boiler maintenance and inspection.
