摘 要:为了探求火山灰石砾在旱地土中对促进烤烟伸根期生长发育所需的最佳掺比,为有针对性地改善旱地土壤结构提供参考,采用按体积比在旱地土中分别添加10%,20%,30%的火山灰石砾的试验方法盆栽种植云烟87,研究了腾冲火山灰石砾对烤烟伸根期关键生理指标的影响。结果表明,添加火山灰石砾能够明显影响到7 d时间内各项生理指标增长量;除移栽后22 d,添加30%火山灰石砾处理的硝酸还原酶活性和叶绿素质量分数出现了低于对照情况,其他各时间点添加火山灰石砾处理均增加了烟株的叶绿素质量分数(最大增幅98.7%)、根体积(最大增幅60.3%)和根重(最大增幅60.6%),提高了硝酸还原酶活性(最大增幅46.0%),显著增强了根系活力(最大增幅141.2%),促进了烟株生长发育;随着火山灰石砾的添加量的增加,各时间点各项生理指标的大小均呈现出先增加后降低的趋势,以添加20%的火山灰石砾效果最好,其叶绿素质量分数、硝酸还原酶活性、根系活力显著(P<0.05)高于对照及其他处理。In order to explore the optimal mixing ratio of volcanic gravel on dry cropland soil which needed to promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco at extending stage and targeted improve the soil conditions so as to provide reference, the experimental method that mixing 10% , 20%, 30% volcanic gravel to the dry cropland soil was adopted to pot-grown tobacco cultivar "Yunyan87" to study the effect of Mixing volcanic gravel into soil on key physiological properties of root extending stage. The results showed that the growth of each physiological property in 7 days was influenced by mixing volcanic gravel into soil. Except that the activity of nitrate reductase and the chlorophyll content of mixing 30% volcanic gravel treatment was lower than that of control in 22 days after transplanting. Mixing volcanic gravel into soil could increase the chlorophyll content (the largest increase 98.7% ), the volume ( the largest increase 60. 3% ) and fresh weight ( the largest increase 60. 6% ) of root system, enhance the activity of nitrate reductase (the largest increase 46.0% ) and roots (the largest increase 141.1% ), thus promoting With the increase of volcanic gravel ratio in soil, the the growth and development of tobacco plants. value of physiological properties showed as enhanced firstly and then decreased. Mixing 20% volcanic gravel worked best among others as the chlo- rophyll content, nitrate reductase activity and root activity were significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ) higher than those of control treatment and other processing.
