摘 要:采用ICP-MS法测定烟丝与烟灰中的重金属,然后利用差减法来计算烟气中重金属的质量分数,并且与烟气捕集器和原子吸收法测定的结果进行比较分析.结果表明:(1)用差减法测定铅,镉,铜,锌,砷,铬,汞等7种重金属在烟气中的质量分数,相对标准差(RSD)低于5%,加标回收率为94.95%~102.50%,检出限为0.004 12~0.0082 1 μg/L,检测方法精密可行,结果准确.(2)所测卷烟烟气中7种重金属质量分数均低于联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织规定的人体摄入量安全标准,处于安全范围内.(3)与烟气捕集器和原子吸收法相对比,差减法是一种操作简便、制备快速、检测准确、灵敏度高和普适性强的方法.In this study, ICP-MS method was used for the determination of heavy metals in cigarette pipe and ash, and use subtraction to calculate the concentration of seven kinds of heavy metals in the cigarette smoke. The results showed that: (1) Measured and calculated seven kinds of heavy metals content (lead, cadmium, copper, zinc, arsenic, chromium, mercury) in cigarette smoke by ICP-MS, the relative standard deviation (RSD) were all less than 5%, the recovery rate was 94. 95% -102. 50% and the detection limit was 0. 004 12 - 0. 008 21 μg/L, detection precision feasible and accurate. (2) Seven kinds of heavy metals in cigarette smoke are much below the safety standard of human intake from Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Health Organization's, all in a safe range. (3) Compared with smoke trap and atomic absorption method, ICP-MS is a they are simple, quick preparation, detection accuracy, high sensitivity and strong universal approach method.
