理科院校应用化学专业人才培养方案的改革

摘　　要：面对竞争日益激烈的就业形势,理科院校应用化学专业毕业生就业越来越不乐观。教学思想、方法陈旧,办学没有特色、定位不准,毕业生的技能不强等是导致毕业生就业困难的原因。本文从教学思想和方法、办学定位和特色、课程设置和教学实践等方面对应用化学专业的人才培养方案进行改革,旨在培养"实用型"的专业人才。Faced with an increasingly competitive job market , graduates employment situation of applied chemistry specialty in college of science was not optimistic.The cause of graduate difficult employed were obsolete of teaching ideas and methods , no characteristics of school , the orientation not allowed , the skill of training graduates not strong , and so on.The reform for the personnel training programs of applied chemistry major was carried out from the ideas and methods of teaching , location and characteristics of school , curriculum and teaching practices three aspects , aiming to train the practical talents.
