Effects of Different Planting Densities and Nitrogen Application Rates on Yield and Quality of Super-high-erucic-acid Rapeseed Variety “309”

摘  要:通过大田实验,研究了不同种植密度和施氮量对特高芥酸油菜品种309产量和品质的影响。结果表明:种植密度对每角粒数影响显著,对产量及其他指标的影响均不显著;施氮量对产量、千粒重、花生烯酸含量、含油率影响显著,对其余指标的影响均不显著;在本试验条件下,309的最适种植密度为52.5万/hm2,最适施氮量为180 kg/hm2,此时籽粒产量最高,籽粒芥酸含量较高,其他品质指标表现也较优。Through field tests, we studied the effects of different planting densities and nitrogen application rates on the yield and quality of super - high - erucic - acid rapeseed variety "309". The results revealed that planting density had significant effect on the seed number per pod of rapeseed, but had no significant effects on yield and other indexes. The application rate of nitrogen had significant effects on yield, 1000 -grain weight, arachidonic acid content and oil content, while it had no significant effects on other indexes. Under the conditions of this test, the optimum planting density of "309" was 525000 plant/hm2, and the optimum application rate of nitrogen was 180 kg/hm2. Under the above optimum conditions, the seed yield of "309" was the highest, the content of erucic acid in seeds was higher, and other quality indexes were also better.
