大花蕙兰与虎雪兰种间杂交F_1代核型分析研究

摘　　要：以大花蕙兰"爱神"(Cymbidium Lucky Gloria Aguri)作为母本、虎雪兰"霞光"(Cymbidium tracyanum var huanghua×Cymbidium mastersii cv xiaguang)作为父本杂交获得种间杂交F1代,对F1代株系的染色体数目和形态特征进行了分析。结果表明:F1代染色体数为40条,其核型公式为K(2n)=2x=40=26m+14sm,核型属2B型。Taking Cymbidium Lucky Gloria Aguri as female parent, and Cymbidium tracyanum var huanghua x Cymbidium mastersii cv xiaguang as male parent, we obtained an interspecific hybrid F1 generation between them, and analyzed the chromosome number and morphological characteristics of F1 lines. The results showed that the chromosome number of F1 was 40, its karyotype formula was K（2n） =2x =40 =26m ＋ 14sm, and its karyotype belonged to 2B type.
