健商对稳定期COPD患者生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析健商指数各个因子对稳定期COPD患者生活质量的影响。方法将2012年5月—2013年12月郑州市金水区稳定期COPD患者84例纳入研究,进行健商指数及圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分,记录评分结果,对SGRQ评分与健商指数的影响因素行多元线性回归分析。结果 84例COPD患者SGRQ评分总分为(48.23±8.15)%,平均健商指数分别为:自我保健(4.16±3.68),健康知识(3.79±4.12),生活方式(3.88±2.79),精神状态(3.92±3.77),生活技能(2.97±3.97)。影响SGRQ总分的因素为自我保健和精神状态(F=11.545,P=0.001),影响SGRQ评分中活动评分的因素为自我保健(F=10.454,P=0.004),影响SGRQ评分中影响评分的因素为精神状态(F=7.242,P=0.015),未发现影响SGRQ评分中症状评分的单一因素。结论健商对稳定期COPD患者的生活质量有一定影响,应在COPD的防治工作中进一步加强患者自我保健意识,营造良好的精神状态,以更好地进行COPD患者的健康管理。Objective To analyze effects of each factor of health quotient（ HQ） on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） patients’ quality of life. Methods 84 COPD patients lived in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City from May2012 to December 2013 were included in the study. Health quotient index and St. George’s Respiratory Questionnaire（ SGRQ）score were recorded and analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results The total score of SGRQ of 84 stable COPD patients was（ 48. 23 ±8.15） %. HQ indexes were self-care index（ 4.16 ±3.68）,health knowledge index（ 3.79 ±4.12）,lifestyle index（ 3. 88 ± 2. 79）,mental state index（ 3. 92 ± 3. 77）,life skills index（ 2. 97 ± 3. 97） respectively. Self health care and mental state influenced SGRQ scores（ F = 11. 545,P = 0. 001）. Self health care index influenced activity part of SGRQ scores（ F =10.454,P =0.004）. Mental state influenced impact part of SGRQ scores（ F =7.242,P =0.015）. No single influencing factor was found for symptom scores part in SGRQ assessment system. Conclusion HQ has a great influence on the life quality in patients with stability COPD,in COPD prevention and control work,we should further help enhance the self health care consciousness of patients and create a good spiritual state for our better carrying on health management.
