摘　　要：当代中国大学生的海洋文化教育十分薄弱,针对这一现状,必须加强海洋文化教育资金投入,建立完善的海洋文化课程体系,形成立体全方位的教育系统,使当代大学生建立理性的海洋意识观,从根本上解决大学生海洋文化教育存在的问题。Marine culture education in contemporary China college students is very weak, in view of this situation, we must strengthen the marine culture education investment funds, the establishment of marine culture curriculum system, forming a three-dimensional comprehensive education system, so that contemporary college students to establish a rational consciousness of ocean view, tries to solve the present university marine cultural education problem fundamentally.
