摘　　要：提出了加强对冰雪民俗体育文化的宣传,加强对冰雪民俗体育文化传承人的保护和培养,加大财政投入,建立冰雪民俗体育文化的保护体系等对策.旨在提高人民健康水平,丰富人民精神文化生活,促进各民族之间的团结,实现社会和谐发展.Put forward the countermeasures such as strengthening the propaganda of ice and snow folk sports culture, strengthening the protection of ice and snow folk sports culture inheritance people, strengthening the protection and development of ice and snow folk sports culture. Aim to improve the level of the people＇s health, enrich people＇s spiritual and cultural life, promote unity between all nationalities, realize the harmonious development of society.
