摘　　要：以雅库茨克市为例讨论了城市建设中不同的自然条件,并说明了其在土地整体适宜性的作用。分析了最初适宜区和在任何条件下多年冻土新的生态状况之间的关系。根据对诸如坡地、地形、拥挤的住宅区和工业区的剖析,阐述了有规划的集水系统和对人物水陆运输系统所面临的困境。Based on the example of the city of Yakutsk , natural conditions of sites varying in favourabili-ty for urban construction is disscussed and their role in overall land suitability is showed .It also analyses relationships between the initially suitable area and the new ecological situation under any permafrost con -ditions.Depending on slope and relief dissection , and crowding of a residential or industrial area , for ex-ample, difficulties emerge for planning the water collection systems and surface transport of people and goods are presented .
