反贫困视野下的广西贫困村公共就业服务均等化对策优化研究——基于广西上思县调研

摘　　要：就业是民生之本、安国之策、和谐之基。解决就业问题对于实现贫困村脱贫具有决定性的作用,政府应以公共就业服务均等化为目标来推动广西扶贫工作。广西目前有3 000个贫困村,1 000万左右贫困人口,推动公共就业服务体系建设,制定缩小公共就业服务水平差距的公共政策,有助于进一步提高广西基本公共服务均等化水平,并为广西地方政府在新形势下合理整合资源,走内涵式扶贫之路提供借鉴。Employment is vital to the people＆#39;s livelihood and the country ,which is the basis of the harmonious society .To solve the employment problem is very decisive for the realization of the impoverished village out of poverty .The government should take the equal public employment service as the goal .There are currently 3000 impoverished villages ,about 10 ,000 ,000 poor people in Guangxi .Promoting the building of public employment service system and the formulating public policies of narrowing the level gaps will improve the equalization of public employment service in the impoverished village ,integrate resources reasonably in the new situation for Guangxi local government ,and provide references for intentional supporting the poor .
