摘 要:在大数据金融背景下,伴随新技术、新业务形态不断出现,客户信息保护成为商业银行面临的具有挑战性的新命题。本文结合国内的案例,首先分析了大数据金融对商业银行客户信息保护的影响机制,认为大数据技术背景下,客户信息被赋予了三大新的特点:数据量大、数据价值高、数据泄露破坏性强。客户信息数据流主要经过数据搜索、数据传输、数据存储三个环节,信息泄露主要通过信息脱敏处理、数据存储管理及内部违规三条渠道,存在黑客攻击、内部违规、管理疏漏三个主要原因。然后,结合信息泄露的环节、原因、结果进行了具体的案例分析。最后,从法律、管理和技术角度提出大数据金融背景下商业银行客户信息保护措施建议。Under the background of big data finance and with the appearance of new technology and new commercial activities, customers’ information protection has become a new challenge to commercial banks. This paper analyses the influence mechanism of big data finance on customer information protection of commercial banks through case study domestically and internationally. We think that, under the background of big data tech-nology, customers’ information has three new characteristics:the volume of the information is big;the information is more valuable;and the divulging of information is destructive. Data processing includes three steps, which are data searching, data transmission and data storage. Information divulging happens through information desensiti-zation treatment, data storage management and internal regulation breaking. The main reasons include hacker at-tacks, internal regulation breaking and management oversight. Then combined with the information divulging channels, reasons and results, we made specific case analysis. At last, from the perspective of law, management and technique, we put forward some advices/suggestions on the customer information protection under the back-ground of big data finance.
