止痛四物汤对肾虚血瘀型膝骨性关节炎患者关节液中MMP-3、NO、IL-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察止痛四物汤对肾虚血瘀型膝骨性关节炎患者关节液中MMP-3、N0、IL-1的影响。方法:将60例符合标准的膝骨关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。Ⅰ组患者口服美洛昔康分散片;Ⅱ组患者口服中药止痛四物汤。分别于治疗前、治疗后3周及6周抽取膝关节液检测MMP-3、NO、IL-1的含量。结果:治疗前和治疗3周后两组间的MMP-3、NO、IL-1含量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6周后Ⅱ组的MMP-3、NO、IL-1含量均较Ⅰ组下降明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:止痛四物汤能降低肾虚血瘀型膝骨性关节炎患者关节液中MMP-3、NO、IL-1的含量,抑制炎性反应,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the impact of the Zhitong Siwu decoction on the levels of MMP-3,NO,IL-1 in synovial fluid in patients with knee osteoarthritis（KOA）of renal deficiency and blood stasis.Method：60 KOA patients who met criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The group I orally took Meloxicam Dispersible Tablets,while the group II orally took traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）Zhitong Siwu decoction. Levels of MMP-3,NO,IL-1 in synovial fluid of the two groups were tested before treatment,3 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment respectively.Result：Before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment,the levels of MMP-3,NO,IL-1 in the two groups were compared,and there were no statistical differences（P〉0.05）. 6 weeks after treatment,levels of MMP-3,NO,IL-1 of the group II were all noticeably lower than those of the group I,there were statistical differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Zhitong Siwu decoction can reduce levels of MMP-3,NO,IL-1 in synovial fluid in patients with knee osteoarthritis of renal deficiency and blood stasis,contain inflammatory response and thus deserve clinical promotion.
