摘  要:高压电机通常采用成型绕组,线圈制造常采用弓型换位绕制方法。介绍了弓形换位线圈(编花线圈)与N形换位线圈的特点,以及弓形换位线圈制造过程中易发生的滚包、机械损伤等问题。并针对这些问题采取的解决措施,使之能满足定子线圈及定子绕组各项性能指标。The performed windings are normally used in high-voltage motor,and the coils usually manufactured by arch transposition wind method. This paper introduces the characteristics of arch transposed coil( weaving coil) and N-shape transposed coil,the problems such as agglomeration and mechanical damage easily occurred in process of manufacturing arch transposed coil,and some solutions were taken to solve these problems. They can make the stator coils and stator windings meet various performance indicators.
