摘 要:以煤矸石为原料,在650-1000℃,以50℃为间隔取点煅烧,煅烧产物与矿渣和粉煤灰作主体材料、水玻璃和氢氧化钾作配体,制备煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合物。以胶砂抗折、抗压强度,评价地质聚合物活性,并用XRD和SEM分析产品的微观结构。结果表明,在水固比为0.25、煤矸石∶矿渣∶粉煤灰=5∶3∶2、水玻璃∶氢氧化钾=7∶3、试件24 h脱模后在60℃环境下蒸养6 h、在标准养护的条件下,700℃煅烧煤矸石配制的煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合物胶砂强度最高,3 d、28 d抗折强度分别达到6.86 MPa和9.38 MPa,抗压强度分别达到48.17 MPa和77.1 MPa。XRD和SEM分析表明,随温度升高煤矸石中的高岭石、云母等发生脱水反应,700℃煅烧的煤矸石Si离子和Al离子溶出量最大。矿渣使水化浆体整体结构更为致密,粉煤灰和煅烧煤矸石中含有大量的铝,形成具有架状结构的水合铝硅酸盐,水化浆体的主要产物为C-S-A-H凝胶和水合白云母。Use coal gangue as raw material, at 550-1000℃, calcined at interval of 50℃, take the calcined products,slag and lfy ash as the main materials, take water glass and potassium hydroxide as ligand, to preparare coal gangue and slag - lfy ash geopolymer. Use lfexural and compressive strengths of mortar to evaluate the activity of geopolymer, and analyze the product's microstructure by XRD and SEM. The results show that: under the condition of water- solid ratio of 0.25,coal gangue∶slag∶lfy ash =5∶3∶2, water glasses∶potassium hydroxide =7∶3,strip of the specimens after 24h, steam-cured at 60℃ for 6h ,then standard cured, the coal gangue and slag - lfy ash geopolymer prepared by the coal gangue calcined at 700℃ have a highest mortar strength ,the lfexural strength reached 6.86MPa,9.38MPa after 3 days and 28days, while the compressive strength reached 48.17MPa and 77.1MPa. The XRD and SEM analyze that the kaolinite, mica in coal gangue happened dehydration reaction with increasing of temperature, the Si ions and Al ions in the calcined coal gangue at 700℃ had a largest elution amount. Slag makes the overall structure of the hydrated slurry denser, lfy ash and calcined gangue contain large amounts of aluminum, generate hydrated aluminum silicates which have a framework structure, the main products of the slurry are hydrated calcium aluminosilicate and hydrated muscovite.
