摘  要:以黄磷炉渣为硅源制备无机高分子聚硅酸铝絮凝剂,研究了Al/Si摩尔比、聚合温度、聚合时间、熟化温度和熟化时间对聚硅酸铝絮凝剂处理云南滇池污染水絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,聚硅酸铝处理滇池污染水,絮凝效果好,形成絮体速度快、矾花粗大密集;聚硅酸铝制备的最佳工艺条件为:Al/Si摩尔比0.7、聚合温度70℃、聚合时间60 min、熟化温度55℃、熟化时间1.5 h,对滇池污染水浊度去除率和COD值降低率分别达到99.3%和75.8%。Inorganic high molecular polysilicate aluminum lfocculant has been prepared with yellow phosphorus slag as silicon source. The flocculation effect of Al/Si mole ratio, polymerization temperature, polymerization time, curing temperature and curing time on treating Dianchi pollution water with polysilicate aluminum lfocculant was studied. The results showed that the lfocculation effect was good, formation of lfocs was fast and alum lfowers thick dense. The optimum process conditions of preparing polysilicate aluminum was that Al/Si mole ratio was 0.7, the polymerization temperature is 70℃, polymerization time was 60min, curing temperature was 55℃, the curing time was 1.5h. The removal rate on turbidity and reduce rate of COD of Dianchi pollution water reached 99.3% and 75.8% respectively.
