摘 要:通过对矿渣进行筛余、比表面积测试、激光粒度分析、胶砂强度、标准稠度需水量和凝结时间测定,研究含不同极性官能团和链长的有机物对矿渣的粉磨和性能的影响。结果表明,有机物极性官能团的数目和种类对矿渣粉磨有显著影响,链长相同,粉磨效果随着极性官能团数目的增加而变好;极性官能团数目相同,链长短的有机物对矿渣的粉磨较好,然而酯类物质表现出了与之相反的结果;总的粉磨效果由大到小为三乙醇胺、冰乙酸、Ⅰ型母液、丙三醇,并且含这几种官能团的有机物对矿渣水泥的强度和凝结时间有很大改善。This paper mainly from the aspects of sieve margin, specific surface area, particle size distribution, mortar strength, standard consistency water demand and setting time to research the relationships of the organic that contains different functional groups and chain length on the grinding and performances of slag. The results show that the type and the number of the polar functional groups of organic have signiifcant inlfuences on slag grinding. When the chain lengths are the same, the more polar functional groups the organic contains, the better grinding effect it will be. When the number of the polar functional groups is the same, the grinding effect will increase with the shorter of the chain length, however the esters showed the opposite results. The ifnal conclusion is TEA〉 Acetic acid〉Ⅰtype liquor〉 glycerol, and also the organic with these types of functional groups has greatly improved the strength and setting time of slag cement.
