利用浮选柱从石墨尾矿中回收绢云母试验研究

摘　　要：在对石墨尾矿矿石性质分析的基础上,利用微泡浮选柱进行了从石墨尾矿中回收绢云母的浮选试验研究,考查了捕收剂用量、抑制剂用量、充气量、淋洗水量、精选次数等对浮选技术指标的影响。结果表明,石墨尾矿在矿浆pH值为2.5、淀粉用量为300 g/t、十二胺用量为1000 g/t、充气量为0.4 m3/h、淋洗水量为0.015 m3/h的条件下,经浮选柱1次粗选4次精选后,得到绢云母含量为70.49%、回收率为30.02%的精矿。Based on the analysis of graphite tailing properties, a new type of micro bubble lfotation column was used in a laboratory to study on recovery of sericite from graphite tailings. The inlfuence of dosage of collector, dosage of inhibitor, aeration volume and eluent lfow volume and cleaner time on the separation effect was investigated. The test results show that grade of the ifnal sericite concentrate is 70.49%, the recovery is 30.02% with the lfow sheet which is once rough separation and four times cleaning separation with the pH value 2.5, the dosage of starch 300 g/t, the dodecylamine ydrochloride 1000 g/t , aeration volume 0.4 m3/h and eluent lfow volume 0.015 m3/h.
