摘　　要：介绍了优质菜用型甘薯新品种"福菜薯18号"的特征特性和应用推广现状,根据生产实践经验,总结其露地越冬栽培技术。Characteristics and current demonstrative situation of ＂Fucaishu 18＂, a vegetable-purposed sweet potato with high quality, were introduced, and the overwintering cultivation technique in open field condition was summarized according to the practical production experience.
