摘  要:采用粉末冶金方法制备铁基烧结材料,并测试材料的硬度和压溃强度,考察了Ni、P元素对于铁基粉末冶金材料密度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:Ni不仅可以提高铁基材料中珠光体的含量,还可以显著提高材料的硬度和压溃强度,当Ni含量为3%时效果最好;添加微量P元素可以明显提高含Ni铁基材料的硬度和压溃强度,但当P含量超过0.15%后,对材料硬度的提升作用减缓,而材料的压溃强度则大幅下降。The hardness and the crushing strength of iron-based P/M sintered material with Ni and P were measured, and the influence of Ni and P elements on density and mechanical properties of the P/M material was investigated. The results show that adding Ni to iron-based material can improve the content of pearlite and improve the mechanical properties significantly, when the content of Ni is 3% , the result is the best. And adding P to the iron-based material contained Ni can improve the hardness and crushing strength remarkably. However, when the content of P is over 0. 15% , the effect of P element on improving the hardness will decrease, and the crushing strength of the iron-based material will decrease sharply.
