摘　　要：研制出一种以亚硝酸钠为促进剂的磷化液,确定了磷化液的配方组成。分析讨论了游离酸度、组分等因素对磷化膜质量的影响,解决了磷化膜粗糙,表面挂灰的现象。磷化膜结晶均匀、致密、呈浅灰色、耐蚀性较为理想。磷化液为单组分,具有易于操作、无需进行表面调整、节省工作时间等优点,适用于大批量钢管工件的磷化生产。A zinc series phosphating solution was developed by using sodium nitrite as accelerant,and determination of the phosphating solution composition. The zinc phosphating solution has many advantages：easy to operate,no need to adjust steel surface and save time,so is suitable for mass phosphating of steel tube parts in production.
