摘　　要：本文综合评述和介绍了表面活性剂在电子信息技术里的应用。如今表面活性剂已被广泛的应用在半导体集成电路中硅材料的制备、电子陶瓷的加工、电子影像材料的制造和磁记录材料的生产中。随着科技的发展表面活性剂的应用范围也将越来越广泛。This paper reviews and introduces the application of surfactants in the electronic information technology. Now surfactants has been widely used in the preparation of silicon materials in semiconductor integrated circuit,electronic ceramics processing and manufacturing of electronic image materials and magnetic recording material production. With the development of science and technology ,the application scope of surfactant will be more and more widely .
